According to the Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase under the following conditions:

1. Time Limits

  • You may request to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
  • After submitting the request, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

2. Return Conditions

  • The product must not be opened, used, or tested – perfumes are cosmetic products, and opening them compromises their hygienic status.
  • The packaging and labels must be undamaged and in their original condition.
  • The product must be accompanied by the order number or a receipt/invoice.

3. Costs and Refunds

  • The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Upon an approved return:
    • We will refund the full value of the product;
    • We will also refund the original standard shipping cost, if it was charged;
    • The refund will be made via the same payment method, within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned product.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or has damaged packaging.
