These GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS govern the relationship between LACHI SIMEONOV ET (lachio.bg) and the Users of electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the domain lachio.bg and its subdomains (Site), who use the informational and commercial services offered by lachio.bg (Services) on the Site. To use the Services of lachio.bg, the User must register on the Site, thereby agreeing to fully accept and comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

III. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

  • “PROVIDER,” “OWNER,” “WE,” “lachio.bg” refers to LACHI SIMEONOV ET, EIC: 202993378, VAT-registered: NO.
  • “PAGE,” “SITE,” “WEBSITE” refers to the website lachio.bg.
  • “CONSUMER” is any natural person who uses any of the services of lachio.bg for personal, non-commercial use, provided they comply with all copyright and terms.
  • “PRODUCT(S),” “GOODS” are the products offered for sale, including health and beauty care products, accessories, etc. All products in stock are the property of the Provider.

    • Reviewing product characteristics, prices, and delivery conditions.
    • Exercising the right of withdrawal for applicable products.
  • “BLOG” – The lachio.bg Site features a Blog with articles on health and beauty topics. Users can leave reactions under posts.
  • “NEWSLETTER” – Users who explicitly consent will receive promotional campaigns and new product information.
  • “COURIER” – For product delivery, the Provider uses Econt or Speedy, as chosen by the User.

IV. ONLINE STORE FEATURES

The lachio.bg e-store allows Users to enter into purchase-sale and delivery contracts for products offered by the Provider.

This can be done in two ways:

  1. Registration & Profile Creation: Users must fill out an electronic registration form, ensuring data accuracy. Registration grants benefits such as order history, saved delivery details, and faster checkout.
  2. Guest Checkout: Users can place orders without registration by filling in required details.

V. TECHNICAL STEPS FOR CONCLUDING A PURCHASE-SALE CONTRACT

Under the purchase-sale contract, the Provider agrees to deliver the ordered goods to the User’s specified address. The User must pay the price according to the confirmed order.

Order Process:

  • Users place a binding order by clicking the “Order” button.
  • The Provider confirms the order via email and processes it within 1 business day (if placed before 4 PM).
  • The Provider may contact the User for clarification.

VI. PRICES

  • All prices are in BGN (Bulgarian Lev) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices do not include delivery fees. Free delivery applies for orders over 149 BGN within Bulgaria.
  • The Provider reserves the right to change prices without notice. Users pay the price valid at the time of order placement.

Withdrawal Process:

  2. Return the product within 14 days.
  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.

XII. COMPLAINTS
